Safer Internet Day celebration by Computer Science Department

An Expert Lecture to celebrate “Safer Internet Day” for Students of all the streams was organized by Computer Science Department at Govt. P.G. College for Women,Sec-14,Panchkula On 9th Feb 2021.The main objective of this program was to create awareness among students “How to use Internet Safely” .The talk was delivered by Professor Nasib Singh Gill Director ,Digital Learning Center, MDU, Rohtak (Haryana). Professor Nasib Singh Gill also stresses on privacy issues on social networking sites and safe guard our self from the trap of frauds setters. Students participated in the online quiz competition after the session and top 10 students get E-Certificate. The Lecture was of great Success as it helped the students how to use the internet safely.
