ORGANIZATION OF PLACEMENT DRIVE
Placement cell and WSDC of Post graduate govt. college of sector 14 in collaboration with IQAC has organized one day placement drive for the post of sales officer conducted by the state bank of India. Ms. Alka Sharma. Ms.Anjali, Ms.Madhu, Ms. Isha and Ms. Anita raj these faculty members are present there. The interviewer was Mr. Pankaj (SALES OFFICER OF SBI). Before interview he has clearly defined the job responsibilities to the students which comprises of Hiring of SBI Agents, Training of insurance agents, joint sales call with team and to achieve monthly and yearly targets. Both UG &PG students fulfilled their eligibility criteria .It was organized on 5 may 2022 at 10:30 in room no 318.All final year students of any field were invited for grabbing this wonderful opportunity .Above 100 of students have showed their enthusiasm and well participated in it. Students were asked to bring the CV for interview. Interviewer were testing the students on the basis of their communication skills and their academic records .This was the first round and the selected students were called in SBI office in sec 9 Panchkula for the next round . And the candidates shortlisted for this are Varsha Sharma (from M.com final) , Naina Sharma (PG final), Manu (M.com final), Diksha Khanna ( graduation) Karuna (graduation), Kanika Gulati (graduation).These students have to undergo for the next round in procedure. All teachers and staff members congratulated them and are hope best for all the students for their bright future. Special thanks to Ms. Alka Sharma (Convener) of Women cell for her kind guidance to run this event smoothly.
