One week Workshop was organised by the Department of Home Science on food preservation from April 6 to April 12,2023 by faculty members of Home Science. The workshop was inaugurated by our worthy principal, Dr.(Mrs.) Ritu Yadav. In this workshop around 14 preserved products were prepared from sessional fruits and vegetables without use of artificial colours and preservatives.
