Activities of Economics Department Session 2021-22

An exhibition cum sale was organised on Entrepreneurial ski I\
development on I June 2022 by the department of Economics in
which around 20 students showed their talent in the form of Bottle
Art, Pebble Art, glass painting, jewellery designing,fabric painting,
Madhubani art and paper art etc. exhibition was inaugurated by our
worthy principal Dr Rajiv Chaudhry. Tanushree Chandra, Centre
Head, Startup Incubator Centre of Excellence, Panchkula was also
present and encouraged the students to be the Incubators in her centre.
A one day workshop on introduction to SPSS was also conducted by
the department on 7 June 2022 for the Hons and final economics
students .The speaker Dr Naveen Malik introduced the students with
the concept of research methodology and applicability of SPSS(
Statistical package for social sciences) with the help of PowerPoint
presentations Around 70 students attended_ the workshop.
