The Department of Psychology at Government Postgraduate College for Women, Sector 14, Panchkula, under the able leadership of Principal Dr. Khusheela, organized a lecture on mental health awareness. The lecture highlighted common challenges like stress , anxiety and overthinking among young women ,the role of self esteem and healthy relationships in emotional and mental well-being. The lecture was conducted by Ms. Monika Verma, a dedicated counseling psychologist.
