Women Studies and development cell with Placement cell and Dispensary cell organised an extention lecture on "Mental Health and Emotion Regulation". Ms. Shresthi Shrivastava the resource person discussed about the the psychological and mental health issues like stress, depression, anxiety etc. with the students. Students actively lilsted to the resource person and aksed questions about the problems that they face like handling interpersonal relationships. The Principal of the college Dr.
Richa Setiya graced the occasion by her presence and hilighted the importance of forgiveness. She encouraged the students to learn to forgive others and oneself as well.
