CLEANLINESS DRIVE IN COLLEGE CAMPUS

Cleanliness helps us to stay refreshed and hygienic. It also lessens the chances of any viruses or bacteria to harm us. So maintaining a clean environment is essential especially for students. Keeping this in mind, NSS Unit-I and II organised a cleanliness drive in college campus for two days (8th and 9th of December 2021). The main aim of the drive was to provide a healthy and safe environment for students. More than 80 volunteers from NSS Unit I and II actively participated in cleaning college ground, lawn, canteen, botanical garden and area near hostels.And also learned the importance of keeping the college campus clean. During this drive volunteers also helped in arranging chairs(for teachers) and carpets (for students) for the on-going annual athletic meet. Volunteers also helped in arranging and providing drinking water facilities for the participants in annual athletic meet.
