A Five days workshop on “Art of Baking “ from 18th-23rd jan 2021 was organised by Women Studies and Development Cell in association with Dept. of Home Science at Govt. P.G. College for women ,sec-14 Panchkula. The main objectives of this workshop were to make students learn different baking recipes, their methods of baking.
Ms. Vandana owner of Vandana’s Bakery was the resource person for baking classes. She demonstrated different recipes like cakes- vanilla, chocolate, pine apple, Atta Gur cake, Chole-Kulche, Cookies, Pizza, Garlic Bread etc to the students. She also shared very useful cooking and baking tips with our students. Our Students learned much more from baking classes and participated very energetically.
