Women's Cell, Placement Cell and Dispensary cell organised an extension lecture on "Obesity and cardiovascular disease."
The lecture was organized by. Dr. Alka Sharma and the resource person was Dr. Monisha Jolie. Addressing the girl students,The main reason for obesity is bad eating habits and wrong lifestyle. If you can regularize obesity and poor diet, you can save yourself from heart attack and heart failure. She told how to wash hands, keep distance, wear mask. Girl students told their problems to Dr. Jolie, he told them about their problems. The girl students discussed about their respective problems. Approximately 150 students attended this informative lecture. Dr. Madhu, Dr. Anita Raj Prof. Balwinder, Dr. Sunita Rani, Dr. Kalpna were present in the program.
