Green Colour Recipe Activity organised by Department of Home Science

The Department of Home Science organized the Green Color Recipe Making Competition on February 16, 2023. Different types of recipes were prepared by the students using different types of methods of cooking i.e. Boiling, Baking, Air frying, Steaming. All recipes were nutritious and had green colour. Thirty one students participated in the competition. Dr. Adarshdeep Kaur, Associate Professor of zoology and Dr. Indu, Associate Professor of Physics were appointed as judge of the event. First prize was won by Bagisha, a student of B Sc.(Home Science) IV sem, Second to Aarti and Third prize to Rupal. Winners were awarded with cash prizes and certificates. Event was ended with motivational words of honorable Principal Mrs. Ritu Yadav and Dr. Adarshdeep Kaur.
