Women's Cell, Placement Cell and Dispensary cell organised an extension lecture on Healthy eating behaviors.
The lecture was organized by. Dr. Alka Sharma and the resource person was Dr. Pooja Gupta (Health Dietician Paras Hospital). Addressing the girl students, Dr. Pooja told how we can keep the body fit even in a busy routine. She discussed about seven healthy habits i.e., Sunbathe daily, do daily workout, healthy diet, drink plenty of water, do light exercise, have healthy breakfast, always be progressive in your thinking and approach. While informing about the common problems faced by the girls, how those can be resolved by following healthy diet was told. The girl students discussed about their respective problems. Approximately 150 students attended this informative lecture. Dr. Madhu, Dr. Anita Raj Prof. Balwinder, Dr. Sunita Rani, Dr. Kalpna were present in the program.
