VISION

To develop Government College for Women, Sector -14,Panchkula into a center of excellence in higher education by fostering a learner-centric environment, promoting women empowerment, and ensuring holistic development through quality education, innovation, and continuous improvement in alignment with national and global standards.

MISSION

·         To institutionalize quality assurance strategies in academic and administrative practices.

·         To promote innovative, learner-centric teaching–learning processes with ICT integration.

·         To ensure holistic development of students through co-curricular and extension activities.

·         To strengthen collaborations with academic institutions, industries, and community organizations.

·         To enhance professional competencies of faculty and staff through continuous development programs.

OBJECTIVES OF IQAC

The IQAC aims to ensure continuous improvement in institutional performance through the following objectives:

1. Academic Quality Enhancement

·         To promote innovative and experiential teaching–learning practices.

·         To introduce value-added, skill-based, and certificate courses.

·         To implement blended learning using LMS and e-resources.

·         To conduct academic audits, feedback analysis, and peer review mechanisms.

2. Administrative Reforms

·         To establish transparent and efficient administrative systems.

·         To implement e-governance in record management and institutional processes.

·         To develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for smooth functioning.

·         To ensure periodic internal and external audits.

3. Student-Centric Initiatives

·         To promote holistic development through co-curricular and extracurricular activities.

·         To implement mentoring systems for academic and personal support.

·         To cater to diverse learner needs, including slow and advanced learners.

·         To enhance employability through internships, skill development, and career guidance.

4. Collaboration and Linkages

·         To establish MoUs with academic institutions, industries, and NGOs.

·         To organize collaborative seminars, workshops, and conferences.

·         To promote research collaborations and knowledge exchange.

5. Environmental Sustainability and Social Responsibility

·         To promote green campus initiatives and sustainable practices.

·         To ensure divyangjan-friendly infrastructure and inclusivity.

·         To encourage community engagement and outreach activities.

6. Faculty and Staff Development

·         To organize Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), workshops, and seminars.
